IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup is available from 11:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Order with us online and select the " In-store Pickup " option when checking out. Once you have placed your order, please give us a few hours to prepare it. We will send you an email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed over the weekend.

Orders shipping with these methods are delivered via UPS, or USPS

 

Standard Shipping

If your order is received by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will “generally” leave our store the same day. (During the months of November and December, please allow an additional 1-2 days for order processing). For shipping purposes, our business days are Monday through Friday. Packages do not leave our store on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Friday will not leave our store until the following Monday. Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment of your order.

UPS Ground Shipping

When choosing the UPS Ground shipping option, your order will be considered a higher priority than USPS Standard shipping. We understand you are choosing to pay a higher price and should receive expedited processing of your order. Your order will be processed ahead of USPS Standard shipping orders. We have found UPS to be the most reliable shipping carrier in the business and want to bring that service to our valued customers.

If your order is received by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, it will generally leave our store the same day. All orders shipping to an FPO and/or APO address will be shipped with USPS.

UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air

When choosing the UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping option, your order will take the highest priority over UPS ground, USPS Standard shipping. We understand you are choosing to pay a higher price and would like the order as soon as possible. We understand the urgency of the order and you will receive expedited processing of your order. Your order will be processed ahead of all other shipping options. We have found UPS to be the most reliable shipping carrier in the business and want to offer that service to our valued customers.

If your order is received by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday and is being shipped UPS Next Day and/or UPS Second Day, it will ship the same day. (Excluding Holiday shipping periods)

Please remember that Next Day and Second Day services are only moving on Monday through Friday. Therefore, if you order Thursday after 11 AM Eastern Standard Time, your order may not ship out until Friday. If it is shipped on Friday, Next day air, it will not be received until Monday. The same is true for UPS Second Day.

*UPS No longer guarantees their Second Day service to arrive in 2 business days. Every effort is made, however there is no guarantee. UPS Second Day service guarantee was suspended on March 24, 2020. Only UPS Next Day Air is currently guaranteed.

FPO and APO addresses can't be shipped UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air. They will only be shipped by USPS with the Postal Service.

International Orders:

International orders are not offered currently.

 

STORE RETURNS

 

All Purchases made at The Split Mitt Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of order. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, odorless and undamaged regular merchandise purchased in our retail store for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase with original receipt. All we ask is that the products are in the original condition that you purchased them and in the original box/packaging with tags on them.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a receipt.

Customers that purchase items online and wish to return or exchange merchandise at The Split Mitt store are allowed to, provided that they follow the same policies above and bring their order receipt to the store.

Special event merchandise may not be returned but can be exchanged for similar special event merchandise. Clearance items cannot be returned. Any order receipt must accompany an online purchase in order to be eligible for in-store return. Merchandise returned without original receipt is eligible for store credit only at the lowest selling price. To receive store credit/exchange when returning without original receipt a valid government-issued photo ID will need to be provided.

ONLINE RETURNS

 

Due to sales demands, we are unable to process exchanges through the mail. You may return your item per the below instructions, and reorder at your convenience.

The Split Mitt gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, odorless, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online within 30 days of original purchase. Customers wishing to return items purchased at The Split Mitt retail store with a credit card may do so by including the original receipt. The process is simple and hassle free:

Complete the Return form included with your purchase. Include it with the item(s) you're returning.

Please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or USPS Priority Mail). Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable as we cannot be responsible until it reaches our warehouse. The return address will be the fulfillment location indicated on your packing slip. Should you have multiple items from multiple locations, you may send all items to one location in one package.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
